Theresa Anne Harrah Thompson Theresa Anne Harrah Thompson, 42, of Cross Lanes,
formerly of Smithers, WV and Columbus, OH passed away
Thursday, April 4, 2013 at Hubbard Hospice House West,
South Charleston, WV.
She was a 1989 graduate of Linden McKinley High School
in Columbus, OH, attended Bridgemont Community College
in Montgomery, WV, a child care worker and care giver,
former employee of REM in St. Albans, WV, and a member
of Speakeasy Singles.
Theresa was preceded in death by her father Raymond
Harrah, Sr.
She is survived by her husband Howard L. Thompson, son
James Ramsey Pollock-Harrah of Cross Lanes, her mother
Darla King Harrah of Marmet, sisters Kathy Harrah and
Sue Harrah both of Columbus, OH, brother Raymond Harrah,
Jr. of Columbus, OH.
A memorial service to celebrate Theresa’s life will be
held at 2:00 PM Saturday, April 13, 2013 at Cooke
Funeral Home, 2002 20th Street, Nitro, WV. There will be
a gathering of family and friends from 1 to 3 PM at the
funeral home.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial
donations to either the American Cancer Society, 301 R H
